Ultramar Terminals

You can find them open 365 days a year; It is considered the most flexible option in schedules and services offered.
Every 30 minutes a ferry departs from Cancun and Isla Mujeres.

The Ferry Overseas Terminals to go from Cancun to Isla Mujeres  are located in 3 locations:

Puerto Juarez:

Approximately 20 minutes from Cancun’s Hotel Zone, it is the largest and has parking, this option we recommend if you are staying in downtown Cancun.

Playa Tortugas:

Located at km 6.5 of Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

Playa Caracol:

Located at km 9 of Cancun’s Hotel Zone.

These last 2 options are comfortable being very close to the most popular hotels in Cancun.

Maritime Terminal of Puerto Juarez

This is the most economical option to cross by ferry to Isla Mujeres. Offering basic amenities in the transfer, parking, free wifi on site and café.
Transfer times are from 6 am to 8 pm.

Private Yacht Tour from Cancun to Isla Mujeres

If what you want is not to have to worry about the ferry schedules, and the transportation to take to the terminal.
We recommend that you hire a private yacht tour to Isla Mujeres. Tours generally last 6 to 7 hours and include drinks and food.

Generally, the excursions last from 4 to 6 hours and include food and drinks during the tour and snorkeling activity.

Public Transport in Cancun

If you want to take the ferry from one of the 2 Overseas terminals located in the Hotel Zone, you can take the routes: 1, 2 and 27.
Don’t forget to ask the driver for help who will very kindly tell you how to get to your location. If you want to go to Puerto Juarez Terminals, you can take the route 1 bus, this bus has its final stop at the Overseas terminal of Puerto Juarez.
If you want to get to the maritime terminal of Puerto Juarez you would have to walk approximately 800 meters.
